Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can open doors, build relationships, and drive new business. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape how Rivermind enters and grows across global markets.

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can open new doors and land new customers. This role is all about driving new business - targeting decision-makers, shaping opportunities, and closing high-value deals.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and win new clients across mid-market and enterprise segments in the US and EU.

  • Build and own an outbound pipeline (LinkedIn, cold outreach, events, partnerships).

  • Sell Rivermind’s value proposition - a proven AI platform that delivers results in weeks.

  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing.

  • Land first-deal opportunities (POCs, pilots, initial modules) and expand into long-term partnerships.

  • Consistently deliver against new business targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record: 3–5+ years of experience selling custom software development, digital transformation, IT consulting, or enterprise SaaS/AI solutions.

  • Track record of closing new business in international markets (US/EU preferred).

  • Strong outbound prospecting skills - disciplined, resilient, and creative in building pipeline.

  • Excellent communicator and storyteller - able to engage decision-makers and translate complex tech into business value.

  • Consultative, business-value–driven sales approach (not feature dumping).

  • Comfortable with long and complex B2B sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.

  • Self - starter - entrepreneurial mindset - thrives in a fast-moving, growing company without rigid structures.
